Home Support ClientHome Support, or Home Care, embraces a wide variety of healthcare services and personal care tasks provided to individuals that choose to live in their own home instead of moving to a Residential or Nursing Home.
We can attend to people who need help and support with:- Post surgery, accident recovery, short-term illnesses
- Chronic conditions or long-term illnesses such as stroke
- Physical disabilities
- Learning disabilities
- Mental health issues
- Everyday tasks for the elderly and frail
- Palliative care, terminally ill
- Any other medical condition that needs ongoing care
Our care packages are always tailored to meet each client's needs, and planned with as much involvement and input as possible from clients and their family members, with the guarantee that the holistic needs of the clients are met.
We provide Support Staff to assist in tasks that range from personal care (dressing, bathing, toileting) to household chores and shopping. Our Nursing Staff are available for any medical supervision needed.
Depending on the client requirements, we can offer our services from the pop-in visit to a whole day or 24 hours care. We provide staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round. If you ever need to change your care plan, whether to increase or decrease the hours agreed upon, just give us a call and our Care Manager will work on the best option to meet your needs, using their professional knowledge and skills.
We can assure you that our staff are competent, caring and reliable, and have a true commitment to work towards the well-being of the client, promoting independence and general health. All staff are recruited by our rigorous recruitment methods and fully trained before starting work, attending regular training updates.
